ABC Command is a specialized workforce management mobile application developed and published by Propivox Technologies LLC ("Propivox") for operational use by authorized employees, field technicians, and crew personnel of ABC Builders Group.

ABC Command accounts are enterprise workforce accounts provisioned directly by organizational administrators. There is no public self-service account creation. Account access is tied to authorized employment or contracting status with ABC Builders Group.

2. How to Request Data Deletion

Authorized users or former employees may request deletion of eligible personal data associated with their ABC Command account by contacting Propivox customer support via email:

To ensure we locate the correct workforce account and prevent unauthorized account deletion, please include the following information in your request:

• Full Name: Your first and last name as recorded in your workforce profile.
• Work Email Address: The registered work email address associated with your ABC Command account.
• Employee Identifier: Your employee ID number or internal account code (if known).

3. What Data May Be Deleted

Upon receipt and verification of a valid data deletion request, Propivox will evaluate eligible personal data associated with your ABC Command user account. Eligible data that may be deleted includes:

• Account & Profile Information: User profile fields, display preferences, contact details, and account credentials maintained strictly for app login access.
• Account-Device Linkage: Device associations, mobile push notification tokens (APNs), and device identifiers registered to your employee profile.
• App Session Records: Individual mobile application login history, active session state logs, and temporary authentication session cache.
• Eligible User-Submitted App Content: Non-record user-submitted content that is not subject to legal, contractual, or operational retention requirements.
• Diagnostic & Technical Records: App crash logs, diagnostic performance records, and device metrics linked directly to your user account where applicable.

4. What Data May Be Retained

Because ABC Command is an employer-administered operational workforce tool, certain records generated during active field operations must be retained for legitimate business, legal, tax, payroll, employment, safety, audit, or regulatory reasons. Propivox and ABC Builders Group do not promise deletion of records that must be legally or operationally retained.

Examples of potentially retained business and operational records include:

• Timekeeping & Payroll Records: Shift Clock In/Clock Out timestamps, meal break logs, overtime records, and wage computation inputs required by labor laws, tax authorities, or payroll regulations.
• Employment & HR Records: Organizational roster linkages, supervisor dispatch logs, work authorization verification, and personnel compliance documentation.
• Project & Operational Records: Jobsite project history, completed work assignments, task sign-offs, customer project documentation, and jobsite photo records uploaded as project deliverables.
• Accounting & Financial Records: Material receipts, tool expense reimbursements, vendor receipts, and accounting transaction logs.
• Security & Audit Logs: System security audit trails, jobsite safety incident reports, and access logs required to maintain corporate system integrity.
• Regulatory & Legal Compliance Records: Any records subject to active legal holds, statutory record retention laws, government regulations, or contractual obligations.

5. Impact on Account Access

Because ABC Command accounts are enterprise employment accounts, requesting and completing deletion of account data or profile linkages may result in the immediate loss of access to the ABC Command application.

If you are a current employee of ABC Builders Group, deleting your workforce account data may impact your ability to clock in for shifts, view daily work assignments, or communicate with dispatch. Requests will be processed in accordance with applicable data privacy laws and company policies.
