ABC Command may use location services while an employee is actively working to support timekeeping, jobsite verification, project geofencing, and field operations.

Ensure your employee profile has been created and activated by your organization or dispatch team. Verify that your registered work email or username is typed correctly without trailing spaces. If your credentials need to be reset, contact your company administrator or email support.
Ensure your device has an active cellular or Wi-Fi data connection and that location services are enabled. If your company enforces jobsite geofencing, you must be physically located within the designated jobsite perimeter to register an active shift.
ABC Command uses location verification only during active working hours. On iOS, navigate to Settings > ABC Command > Location and set permission to "While Using the App" or "Always" as directed by your employer. Location tracking automatically pauses during meal breaks and stops when you clock out.
Pull down on the project screen to refresh data. If the assignment still does not appear, contact your site manager or dispatch office to verify that the job has been scheduled and assigned to your employee account.
Ensure camera and photo library permissions are allowed in your device settings (Settings > ABC Command). If you are working in an area with low cellular reception, uploads will automatically queue and complete once network connectivity improves.
When capturing receipts, verify that the receipt photo is sharp, well-lit, and the vendor name, date, and total amount are clearly legible before submitting.
Enable push notifications in Settings > ABC Command > Notifications to ensure you receive real-time schedule adjustments, dispatch announcements, and direct messages.
