ABC Command is a specialized construction workforce management application built for authorized field employees, trade contractors, crew members, and supervisory personnel. The Application provides operational tools including shift timekeeping, meal break logging, project information access, work assignments, jobsite geofencing, field communication, jobsite photo uploads, and receipt submission.

Because ABC Command is an employer-administered workforce tool, user accounts are provisioned under the authorization of your employer or contracting organization. By downloading, accessing, or using ABC Command, you acknowledge that your information will be processed in accordance with this Privacy Policy and your organization's workforce policies.

2. Information We Collect

ABC Command collects and processes only the information necessary to provide legitimate operational workforce management services. We process the following categories of information:

2.1 Account Information

When an authorized account is provisioned or accessed, we process:

• Personal Identifiers: Name, work email address, and contact phone number.
• Worker Identifiers: Employee ID or username assigned by your organization.
• Authentication Credentials: Secure password hashes and session authentication tokens.

2.2 Employment & Workforce Information

During the normal course of field operations, the Application records:

• Time Clock Records: Precise timestamps for shift Clock In and Clock Out events.
• Meal Break Records: Start and end timestamps for recorded meal and rest intervals.
• Work Assignments: Daily project assignments, scheduled tasks, and dispatch instructions.
• Project Data: Jobsite addresses, customer project scopes, supervisor assignments, and operational notes.

2.3 Location Information

To verify presence at designated jobsites and maintain accurate payroll time records, the Application processes device geographic coordinates during active shifts. The full lifecycle and controls for location data are detailed in Section 3 below.

2.4 User Content & Media

When field workers utilize the Application's collaboration tools, we process:

• Field Chat Messages: Project-specific text communications between team members and dispatchers.
• Jobsite Photos & Media: Progress photographs, site inspection images, and completion documentation captured or uploaded through the app.
• Receipts & Expense Uploads: Photos of job-related material or fuel receipts submitted for reimbursement or job costing.

2.5 Device & Technical Information

To deliver real-time notifications and maintain app stability, we process:

• Notification Tokens: Apple Push Notification service (APNs) device tokens required to deliver dispatch alerts and project updates.
• System Parameters: Device model, operating system version, app build version, and network connection status.
• Technical Diagnostics: Crash logs and diagnostic error details collected solely to troubleshoot software defects and maintain service availability.

3. Location Information & Shift Lifecycle

Location awareness is a core operational component of ABC Command, utilized exclusively to support timekeeping integrity, jobsite geofencing, project attendance verification, and field worker safety.

3.1 Purpose of Location Processing

Location information is processed strictly for legitimate workforce management purposes, including:

• Timekeeping Verification: Confirming that time clock punches occur on authorized jobsite premises.
• Jobsite Geofencing: Automatic detection of arrival and departure within employer-defined project perimeters.
• Field Operations & Dispatch: Providing dispatchers and site supervisors with real-time operational context for work assignments.
• Safety & Emergency Context: Identifying team distribution during hazardous field conditions or jobsite emergencies.

4. How We Use Information

We process collected information solely to perform our contractual and operational functions, including:

• Operating the Application: Delivering ABC Command features, user interface, and operational tools to field teams.
• Authentication & Security: Authenticating employee logins, maintaining secure sessions, and preventing unauthorized account access.
• Timekeeping & Payroll Support: Compiling verified shift records, meal break logs, and overtime records for payroll processing by the employer.
• Work Coordination & Scheduling: Transmitting project assignments, dispatch notifications, task updates, and architectural specifications.
• Field Communication: Routing field chat messages and jobsite announcements among assigned crew members.
• Document & Media Management: Organizing site photos, progress records, inspection reports, and submitted expense receipts.
• Operational Alerts: Sending urgent notifications regarding schedule adjustments, severe weather, or jobsite directives.
• Security & Fraud Prevention: Protecting against fraudulent time punches, account hijacking, and unauthorized system access.
• System Diagnostics & Reliability: Identifying software defects, optimizing network usage in low-connectivity environments, and ensuring uptime.
• Legal & Regulatory Compliance: Complying with applicable employment standards, wage-and-hour documentation laws, workplace safety regulations, and legal subpoenas.

No Commercial Advertising: We do not use personal or workforce data to profile individuals for advertising, nor do we display third-party advertisements in ABC Command.

5. How Information Is Shared

Information collected through ABC Command is shared only as necessary to fulfill workforce operations or as required by law:

• Your Employer / Contracting Organization: As an enterprise workforce management tool, all operational data—including time punches, locations associated with shifts, work assignments, submitted receipts, chat records, and site photos—is made accessible to your employer's designated administrators, managers, and payroll coordinators.
• Infrastructure & Service Providers: We disclose information to third-party technology vendors who provide essential infrastructure necessary to operate the Application (such as cloud hosting, secure database management, authentication services, and push notification delivery). These providers are bound by strict contractual confidentiality and security commitments and are authorized to process data solely on our behalf.
• Legal, Regulatory, and Safety Authorities: We may disclose information if required to do so by applicable law, court order, search warrant, or government regulation, or when we believe disclosure is necessary to investigate potential violations, protect safety, or defend our legal rights.
• Corporate Transactions: In the event of a merger, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of company assets, information may be transferred to the acquiring entity subject to continued adherence to this Privacy Policy.

6. Data Retention

We retain personal information and workforce records for as long as necessary to fulfill the operational purposes described in this Privacy Policy, provide services to the customer organization, and comply with legal obligations.

Because ABC Command serves as an official timekeeping, safety, and operational record system, specific retention durations are largely governed by applicable statutory recordkeeping requirements (such as federal and state wage-and-hour laws, tax records, and occupational safety mandates) as well as employer record-retention schedules.

When data is no longer required for business operations, statutory compliance, or dispute resolution, we securely delete or anonymize the information in accordance with standard data sanitization procedures.

7. Security Safeguards

Propivox Technologies LLC takes data security seriously and implements reasonable and appropriate administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information from loss, misuse, unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction.

These safeguards include:

• Encrypted Communications: Enforcing Transport Layer Security (TLS/HTTPS) encryption for all data transmitted between the mobile application and our servers.
• Access Controls: Restricting access to production databases and workforce records to authorized personnel based on the principle of least privilege.

• Infrastructure Hardening: Utilizing enterprise-grade cloud hosting environments with active monitoring, vulnerability management, and automated backups.

Please note: While we implement rigorous safeguards, no electronic transmission over the mobile internet or method of digital storage is completely immune from security risks. We cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Employer-Managed Accounts

ABC Command is designed as an organizational workforce tool. Individual employee accounts are provisioned, maintained, and deactivated directly by the employer or contracting entity that licenses the service.

Consequently:

• Employees generally cannot register unverified public consumer accounts.
• Your employer establishes assignment parameters, shift requirements, and permissions for your account.
• Inquiries regarding shift modifications, punch adjustments, payroll records, or employment status should be directed to your company's management or human resources department.

9. Privacy Requests & Choices

Depending on your jurisdiction and applicable data protection regulations, you may have rights regarding your personal information:

• Access: The right to request confirmation of whether we process your personal information and obtain a copy of such data.
• Correction: The right to request correction of inaccurate or incomplete personal information.
• Deletion: The right to request deletion of personal information, subject to statutory retention requirements and employer record obligations. • Device Permissions: You can manage device permissions—including Location Services, Camera, Photo Library, and Push Notifications—at any time through your iOS or mobile operating system settings.

Important Notice Regarding Permissions: While you may disable device permissions at any time, revoking essential permissions (such as Location Services during active shifts) may prevent the Application from recording verified time punches, calculating geofence arrival, or fulfilling jobsite shift requirements.

10. Third-Party Services & Infrastructure

• User authentication and security identity infrastructure
• Apple Push Notification service (APNs) for real-time notification routing

These service providers are restricted from using your personal data for any purpose other than providing contracted infrastructure services to Propivox Technologies LLC.

11. Children's Privacy

ABC Command is an enterprise construction workforce management tool intended exclusively for authorized commercial personnel and adult workers. The Application is not directed toward, marketed to, or designed for children or general consumers. We do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under the legal age of employment. If we become aware that personal information of a minor has been collected inadvertently, we will take immediate steps to delete such data.
